Is it possible to run someone from sunspear sanctuary to bone palace? i know the front door of bp is locked but i dont know about the back.

All the doors are closed. However, it might be possible if you join the same party as someone doing the quest "A Deal's a Deal".

shouldnt this be some where else?

anyway. I think that even if they have a deals a deal if you dont you cant get there. it closes the gates for everyone. It was this way in factions.

You don't have to go through the gate to get in. The quest teleports the party. The quest to get into Vizunah Square (Local Quarter) can be used to take non-native characters into the mission starting area.
